"HomeOwnership 8 Hour Educational Program Part 1

Be prepared to pay the full program fee of $50.00 (per person) and $25.00 for each additional person with a maximum of two people per registration. Payments can only be made by check or money order (no cash is handled at the workshops). Registration is Required. Call 816-822-7703 Ext. 225 or register online. Phone calls will not be made to confirm your registration however, all information will be captured for registration purposes. Confirmation/reminder notices will be mailed 7 days prior to the class. Please note that the full program fee includes all classes and a follow up (by appointment only) one-on-one mortgage/credit consultation with a HUD certified education and credit counselor. In addition you will receive a copy of your credit report from all three major credit bureaus including your credit scores. In order to complete our 8 hour program in one day, you must also register in advance for our "Closing and Beyond" Educational Program Workshop. In the event that you are unable to attend an all day session, you will be permitted to attend the "Closing and Beyond" Workshop at a later date.
