Mortgage banking services are an integral part of accomplishing our revitalization efforts. NHS is the only CDC in Kansas City, Missouri that offers a full range of mortgage loan services and products. We originate home loans for purchase, purchase with rehabilitation, refinancing with rehabilitation and home improvement through our national secondary market affiliate, Neighborhood Housing Services of America, as well as through our own revolving loan funds. NHS also provides one-on-one counseling services, and we serve as an originator for the City of Kansas City, Missouri’s various home purchase assistance programs.
