A "one-stop-shop" that provides Kansas City residents with access to a wide range of services that will help prospective homebuyers attain homeownership and help current homeowners maintain their investment.

Neighborhood Housing Services of Kansas City, Inc. (NHSKC) is housing done right! In its role as a 501 3(c) not-for-profit community development corporation, NHSKC provides programs, offers services and engages in a variety of activities – including economic development, community organizing, development of affordable housing, real estate development and neighborhood stabilization – to promote and support neighborhood growth. Families of low to moderate income can receive training and counseling from NHSKC for buying a home, maintaining a home and preserving their neighborhood.
