Is your home lacking curb appeal or in need of rehabilitation?

Neighborhood Housing Services of Kansas City, Inc (NHSKC) offers a home rehab loan with low interest rates and affordable monthly payments.  Your home rehab loan proceeds may be used to cover interior and exterior rerpairs – replacement of essential systems, structural problems, roofs, weatherization, and modifications for accessibility, kitchen or bathrooms renovations, upgrade plumbing or electrical systems.

At no charge, our Construction Specialists will help coordinate and evaluate bids for the work, inspect the work and manage payments to contractors so you don't have to worry.
